Delving deeper into the Be P.O.S.I.TI.I.V.E process unpacking the I- Investigate and Involve after we tap into the wisdom and story of leader and administrator Tony Wentworth, Principal of Whittier Elementary in Everett Public Schools. It is leaders like Tony, that allow for me to grow, evolve and have the SPACE to be the educator that I am for kids. 

I also tap into BFF Brene Brown ( I wish in person)! Her book, Rising Strong, is the inspiration behind Investigate and Involve which really is a process of self awareness and regulation alongside with the courage to be vulnerable and ask for support as a tool for growth. Click here to listen
